About the Job
- Sign-on bonus $1,000
- New Freightliner Cascadia truck provided
- Travel expenses covered
- Starting pay at 30% of load, up to 32% after one year
- Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
- Flatbed trailer
- OTR
- Gross weekly pay $2,400–$2,800
- 30% of load, $0.8 CPM
- Average 3,000–3,500 miles per week
- Dedicated; no driver load/unload; 25% tarping
- 21–28 days out expected
- Optional longer trips
- 5 days home per 21 days working
- At least one weekend home per month
- Orientation not paid
- Accommodation covered
- Drivers get own rooms
- No meals included
- Travel expenses partially or fully covered
- Class A license
- Minimum 6 months tractor‑trailer experience
