• Salary: $52,000 - $90,000 per year (average $57,000 per year)
• Average weekly pay: $1,139 per week (top earner made $1,922 per week)
• Average miles: 2200+ per week
• Home expectations: home on a weekly basis

• Additional $0.01 to $0.03 per mile Safety Bonus

• Latest Kenworth, Freightliner and International tractors
  • We buy new and keep them while under warranty to have better uptime for you to keep rolling.
  • We have shops across the country to service your truck.

• Assigned driver manager who will help you and Heartland be a success
• Pay range: $52,000–$90,000 per year. General benefits: full health, dental, vision, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, long‑term and short‑term disability, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. Care packages with prescription benefits (employee, spouse, children, family). Flex spending accounts. 401(k) with company match. Paid vacation. Driver bonuses - additional $0.01 to $0.03 per mile safety bonus paid quarterly. Paid orientation/training.

• Class A CDL
• 6 months of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• 21 years of age
• Good work history and clean MVR
• Safety first attitude, with a proven driving record
