Job Overview
Operates company vehicles and provides courteous and efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Checks shipments for conformance to Fed Ex features of service. Provides coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area and related customer service functions. Performs other duties as assigned. Works Monday to Friday, , with absence coverage for full-time routes across the OXRA service area.
Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or GED.
Minimum ExperienceSix (6) months of courier experience preferred. Must be able to demonstrate area knowledge.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance from another person.
- Good human‑relations and verbal communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
- Demonstrated skills in adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs, communicate with traffic safety officials, and respond to official inquiries and directions in accordance with FMCSA enforcement guidance.
Must maintain a neat appearance. Must meet and maintain the qualifications outlined in federal motor carrier safety regulations, obtain and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with state requirements for the assigned vehicle, have a good driving record, and pass a medical exam in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
Non-covered safety-sensitive position. Must work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.

Pay$24.53 - $37.23 USD hourly.
