Courier​/Swing Drvr​/DOT

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicles and provide courteous, efficient delivery and pickup of packages. Check shipments for compliance with Fed Ex service features. Cover all assigned routes within the station's service area and perform related customer service functions. Perform other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED.

Six months of courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.

• Ability to lift and maneuver packages up to 50 lbs with appropriate equipment or assistance.
• Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to read and speak English to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials.
• Thorough knowledge of service area preferred.

• Neat appearance required because of customer contact.
• Must meet federal motor carrier safety regulations and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Medical exam required in accordance with FMCSA or FAA regulations.
• Non‑covered safety‑sensitive position.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safely.

USD 24.53 – 37.23 per hour

Monday – Saturday, 0700–1730. Full‑time routes in the OXRA service area. Absence coverage for full‑time routes in all OXRA areas.
