Overview:

We are seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting ready made fresh meals from our kitchens to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate delivery vehicles to transport goods
- Load and unload products from the vehicle using carts and other necessary methods
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner during deliveries
- Utilize refrigerated vans to ensure product integrity and acceptable temperatures during transportation
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and records
- Communicate well with Fleet Manager and Administration

Experience:

- Understanding the importance of working as part of a team.

- Reliable & Punctual.

- Clean DMV record.

- Prior meal delivery experience of at least 2 years, is preferred.

- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Prior experience of driving medium to large vans and other delivery vehicles is preferred.

- Ability to operate delivery equipment
- Proficient in loading and unloading goods efficiently
- Capability to handle physical demands of the job, including many stops during a shift and carrying product
- Must have a valid car insurance.

- Consent to undergo background checks and random drug and alcohol tests that will be administered from time to time.

- Capable of conducting yourself in a professional and courteous manner.

- Excellent written and communication skills.

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Opportunity to grow with the company
