Teeccino, a fast-growing, natural/organic brand of herbal teas and coffee alternatives, is seeking an experienced warehouse person to support our Warehouse Manager. The Warehouse Assistant Manager is responsible for accurate shipping/receiving, inventory management, optimizing process flow between Production and Warehouse teams, pulling materials, organizing pallet locations of finished goods/materials, and coordinating logistics for all channels including distributor, e-commerce, wholesale, direct-to-consumer, Amazon, and Walmart.
The ideal candidate is reliable, capable of working well as a team, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, hands‑on role to lead with initiative and a positive attitude.
- Ensure the shipping team is picking and packing with accuracy while meeting the anticipated delivery dates.
- Ability to review and pack orders for shipment in all channels.
- Loading finished orders and unloading of raw materials from trucks & containers.
- Receive incoming materials against purchase orders and entering into ERP, Acctivate, as needed.
- Analyze, process and prepare orders for delivery both domestically and internationally.
- Inventory control and cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy in database, file records, and perform routine audits of raw and finished material.
- Assist the production department with staging of materials as needed.
- Organize warehouse to maximize safety and efficiency.
- Clean work areas on a daily basis.
- Working knowledge of computer systems including Acctivate, Ship Station, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to process orders for shipment in standard courier system software including USPS, Fed Ex, and UPS.
- Provide cross‑functional team work skills with regular communication to other departments requiring shipping assistance including Customer Service and Pick & Pack team.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and, at times, with little supervision.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety and environmental standards.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- $25/hour
- 60% of health insurance covered. Dental and vision available.

- Must be able to work standing, sitting and walking for the majority of a scheduled 8-hour shift.
- Regular lifting and moving of up to 25 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Job requires frequent reaching, bending, stooping and kneeling.
- Job requires frequent handwriting onto inventory cards and pick tickets.
- Must be fluent in English, bilingual Spanish/English is ideal.
- Minimum High School Graduate
- Previous experience in shipping and general warehouse work, food processing a plus
- Inventory management and knowledge of computer systems
- Forklift Certification
