Parts Warehouse Associate - Oxnard, CA

Job Summary

The Parts Warehouse Person is essential to our warehouse’s smooth operation. Responsibilities include processing orders promptly, managing inventory, preparing invoices, coordinating with drivers for delivery, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

• Processing supply orders and preparing them for delivery or pickup.
• Pulling materials and parts from inventory and organizing them for shipment.
• Interacting with drivers and organizing their routes based on filled orders.
• Conducting physical counts of inventory and reconciling them with computer records.
• Receiving, unpacking, and delivering goods as required.
• Restocking items and processing purchasing orders when necessary.
• Performing routine housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

• Clear communication skills and professionalism.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Proficiency in computer systems and basic software applications.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capabilities beneficial for customer and company needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
• Must pass post‑offer drug screening, physical examination (including a lift test), and background check.

• $17–$20 hourly (depending on skills and qualifications)
