Salary Range: $18.50 To $25.00 Hourly

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager

FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Hourly)

Pay Range: $18.50- $25.00 per hour

The Inventory/Warehouse Specialist supports inventory control, material handling, receiving, warehouse operations, and production support activities. This role is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse stock, supporting production material needs, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.

• Receive and process incoming materials, verifying quantities and documentation against purchase orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory system transactions
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with material replenishment activities
• Establish and maintain organized inventory locations and warehouse storage areas
• Pick, issue, and stock materials for production jobs
• Process customer-furnished materials, RMAs, and inventory transfers as required
• Assist with cycle counts and communicate inventory discrepancies
• Support shipping activities, including material pulling, packing, and labeling
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and other departments to support operational needs

• High school diploma or GED required
• Basic computer skills required

• One (1) to three (3) years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or related experience
• Experience using inventory management systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Must maintain a consistent and reliable work schedule to support production and operational requirements
• Demonstrates punctuality, accountability, and a strong commitment to fulfilling assigned responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive working relationship across departments
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support departmental needs as required
