United Staffing Associates is partnering with a well-established agricultural and heavy equipment dealership to hire a Parts & Warehouse Associate

What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support the parts department through a variety of warehouse and customer service responsibilities, including:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Prepare outbound shipments using UPS, Fed Ex, LTL carriers, and other shipping methods
- Utilize barcode scanners and inventory software to maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate a forklift to unload deliveries and move materials throughout the warehouse
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Research and order parts for service technicians
- Assist customers at the parts counter by identifying parts, processing orders, and answering questions
- Communicate with vendors and customers by phone and email regarding parts availability and order status
- Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Reliable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Confident using computers, email, and basic business software
- Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
- A team player who takes pride in doing quality work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer proficiency
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record. This position may occasionally require operating a company vehicle to pick up or deliver parts as an essential function of the job.
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday-Friday
- Training schedule may vary between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Regular shift will typically be 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- $20/hour to start
