THE JOBAs an Equipment Technician, you play a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting the daily operations of our Housekeeping and Environmental Services (EVS) teams. You’ll ensure all equipment is properly maintained, repaired, and ready for use—helping teams work safely, efficiently, and without interruption. From preventative maintenance to hands‑on training, your expertise keeps our operation running smoothly.
THE SCHEDULE5:00am - 1:45pm
THE DAY-TO-DAY- Equipment Support & Maintenance: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Housekeeping and EVS equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and EVS leaders to quickly resolve equipment malfunctions and operational issues.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Track, inventory, purchase, and stock equipment parts and supplies; maintain accurate equipment records.
- Training & Guidance: Conduct equipment and product training for Housekeeping and EVS employees to promote proper use, safety, and efficiency.
- Equipment Lifecycle Oversight: Identify equipment nearing end of life and alert leadership when repairs or replacements are needed.
- Logistics Support: Operate company vehicles to transport equipment and supplies as required.
- At least 21 years of age
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in preventative maintenance and/or repair experience of EVS and Housekeeping equipment; including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, automotive repair, hydraulics, operational repair, and/or pressure washers

JOB DESCRIPTION Pay Rate
The rate for this role is:
$22.36
Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
