Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasmconnect the dots on why they're visiting, share all the cool things Topgolf has to offer, and set the stage for an unforgettable time. Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to their visit to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.;
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep bays clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming spaceensuring Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.;
Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Play makers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience from setting up bays to resolving concerns with a smile.;
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for Players and Play makers.;
Uphold Topgolf's core values (Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, Caring) in daily duties to ensure a positive, team-driven atmosphere.
