THE JOB:

As a Wok Cook, you will prepare high-quality dishes under the direction of the Chef, bringing authentic flavors and artistry to every plate. Your culinary expertise and welcoming service will create WOW moments for guests, ensuring their dining experience is unforgettable.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

* Prepare food following prescribed methods, portion sizes, mixing sauces, and garnishing dishes as directed by the Chef team.

* Set up and maintain your workstation based on established pars and station set-up guidelines.

* Evaluate cooked food for quality, flavor, and presentation before serving.

* Ensure food safety standards, including proper storage and holding temperatures using thermometers.

* Complete closing tasks and maintain cleanliness as directed by the Chef team.

* Assist in delegating tasks to other team members when instructed by chefs.

* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

* Must be 18 years or older.

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.

* 1+ years of prior relevant experience.

* Previous Wok Cook experience (preferred).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay Rate:

The rate for this role is:

$23.14

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
