Seasonal Retail Store Associate - National Harbor Tanger Oxon, MD

We are looking for Seasonal Store Associates at adidas who want to create a better future and bring the adidas brand to life in our stores.

Seasonal Store Associates are expected to:

• Use your retail experience to exceed customer expectations.
• Build an emotional connection with every customer as a passionate and enthusiastic adidas Brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve a common goal: to be the best sports company in the world.

• Availability must be flexible and include evenings and weekends.
• The hours are part-time and will vary based on business needs.
• You must have or be pursuing a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Three to six months’ experience working in a retail environment preferred.
• Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• The employee is regularly required to talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to fingers, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and operate a Brannock device.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
