Music & Arts is seeking an Area Manager to lead 2–5 retail stores within a defined district. You will build and coach teams of sales associates and teachers to achieve sales, rentals, and lessons targets while upholding operational standards across the cluster.
Reporting to the District Manager, you will own P&L, drive EBITDA targets, recruit and onboard talent, and foster an inclusive, performance-driven culture aligned with Music & Arts values. Travel between locations will be required.
