Merchandiser, Retail

SAS Retail Services is seeking a Merchandiser to execute in-store retail merchandising for major retailers in the Retail Operations department. In this hands-on role, you'll implement planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity coverage to ensure products are properly stocked, signed, and merchandised. You'll complete audits, collect data, and collaborate with store teams in a fast-paced, people-first environment focused on reliability, safety, and quality execution.

This role offers flexible schedules, paid training, and opportunities to grow into lead and supervisory positions while supporting top consumer brands in North America.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms, resets, new store sets, and continuity merchandising for assigned retail accounts
• Stock, front, and rotate products to ensure on-shelf availability and correct placement
• Install signage, displays, and promotional materials according to retailer and client standards
• Complete audits, collect data, and submit reports using company tools or handheld devices
• Follow store and company safety, reliability, and quality guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with store staff, team leads, and supervisors to support project timelines
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and ensure compliance with store policies
• Travel between assigned stores within the territory as scheduled
• Attend required trainings and team meetings to stay current on standards and procedures
• Provide professional, courteous service to retail partners and represent SAS Retail Services brand
