As a Security Dispatcher, you will serve as the heartbeat of the Security team, connecting officers on the floor with leadership behind the scenes. You will manage our fast-paced communication center, handling radio calls, phone lines, and critical updates with confidence and calm, coordinating emergency responses, and resolving lost item inquiries.

Day Shift 6:45 am – 3:30 pm (8‑hour shifts with 4 days off). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.

• Alarm and Surveillance Monitoring: Monitor panic alarms, surveillance cameras, and fire control systems. Report any issues to Security Management.

• Communication and Emergency Systems: Ensure radios and mass notification systems function correctly. Liaise with law enforcement when on‑site.

• Record Keeping: Maintain real‑time records of all calls, incidents, and officer activity.

• Customer Service and Issue Handling: Assist guests and employees with concerns, resolving issues promptly. Escalate to department leadership and create security reports as required.

• At least 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Previous security dispatch or call center experience preferred.

The rate for this role is: $25.00. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage that MGM reasonably expects to pay upon hire. Pay will not be below applicable minimum wage. Overtime will be paid in accordance with state requirements.
