We are looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our friendly team in Oxted. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is eager to support their early development in a caring, nurturing environment.

You don't need to be formally qualified - what matters most is a genuine passion for helping children thrive, a positive attitude, and the commitment to be a consistent, supportive presence each day.

Opportunities to develop your skills and progress within the setting will be available for the right candidate.

What you'll do:

• Support the team in creating a safe, stimulating and playful environment
• Help with activities, meals, and daily routines
• Build warm, positive relationships with children and families
• Contribute to the smooth running of the nursery

What we're looking for:

• Friendly, patient and proactive
• Reliable and able to commit to a full-time role
• Willing to learn and work as part of a supportive team
• Previous experience with children is helpful but not essential
