Early Years Educator (Unqualified) - Oxted
Job Title: Nursery Assistant
Location: 29 Amy Rd, Oxted RH8 0PX
Salary: Up to £26,190 per annum
Hours: 4‑day and 5‑day working options
Reports to: Room Leader/Nursery Manager

- A solid understanding of child development, the Birth to 5 Matters framework, and the EYFS curriculum (Knowledge of EYFS).
- A Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare and a minimum grade C/4 in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent (Qualified & Experienced).
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child feels secure and supported (Build Strong Relationships).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to give and receive feedback, and a positive proactive approach (Team Player).
