Nursery Practitioner Wanted – Join Rainbows Day Nursery
Love working with children? Got a Level 3 childcare qualification and a big smile? Come and join our family-run nursery set in a beautiful park in Caterham!
We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified, fun, and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly team in our baby room. You’ll be working in a small, supportive setting with just 6 babies in one room, allowing you to provide truly attentive, high-quality care.
The Role – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner (Baby Room)- Provide a safe, warm, and nurturing environment for babies aged 0–2 years
- Support babies’ learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory exploration and early development
- Carry out personal care routines including feeding, nappy changing, and sleep support
- Build strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
- Observe, assess, and record each child’s development and milestones
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies are followed at all times
- Work closely as part of a small, supportive team
We’re looking for someone who is caring, patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about giving babies the very best start in life.
