Multiskilled Operative

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multiskilled Operative to join our growing team. This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for an experienced tradesperson with a strong experience in bathroom and kitchen installs.

Key Requirements

* Proven experience as a Multiskilled Operative or in a similar general building maintenance role

* Strong all-round trade skills (e.g. carpentry, basic plumbing, patch repairs, decorating, general maintenance)

* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Reliable, punctual, and professional approach to work

* Full UK driving licence (preferred/required depending on role)

Pay & Benefits

 * £175 – £230 per day (approx. £45,000 – £59,800 depending on experience)

* Company van and fuel card

* Uniform and PPE supplied

* Overtime, evening, and weekend work available

* End-of-year performance bonus

* Company pension (PAYE staff)

* Ongoing training, certifications, and development support

Additional Details

* Travel required across commercial sites within the South East

* Immediate start available

* Full-time position
