This position is pending contract award. The anticipated start date is November 1, 2026.
DescriptionResponsible for providing high‑level administrative assistance to the Program Director (PD) and Deputy Program Director (DPD). This role researches and compiles data, develops reports, completes special projects, and supports coordination of planning activities across the business.
What You Will Be Responsible For- Manage the Program Director and Deputy Program Director’s calendar and independently schedule appointments.
- Screen incoming calls and correspondence; respond independently when appropriate.
- Prepare memorandums and written communications.
- Direct preparation of records such as agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions.
- Serve as a custodian of documents and records.
- Maintain organizational files and records.
- Communicate on behalf of the Program Manager and Deputy Program Director with internal stakeholders.
- Perform all other administrative related duties as assigned.
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or four years of related experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of experience is preferred.
- Typing proficiency at 60 wpm.
- PC literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- In order to access the Fort Rucker site, U.S. citizenship is required.
