Target salary range: $110k - $115k

Position Summary:

Conducts requirements analysis and capability assessments for reconnaissance and attack aircraft and supports DOTMLPF-P gap analysis, requirements documentation, and system demonstrations/tests.

Conduct requirements analysis and capability assessments for reconnaissance and attack aircraft through Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies.

Perform life-cycle DOTMLPF-P gap and capability analysis through CBA, C-BA, and AoA.

Analyze and recommend DOTMLPF-P adjustments for manned Reconnaissance and Attack aircraft.

Support related system demonstrations and tests.

Provide detailed analysis on tactical operational employment of Army Aviation Reconnaissance and Attack capabilities to identify operational gaps.

Senior or Master rated Aviator.

At least fifteen years of flight/combat experience.

Attack/reconnaissance aviation operational experience strongly preferred.

Experience developing graduate-level white papers, concept papers, and requirements documents.

Experience with Joint, Service, JUONS, and nonstandard requirements methodologies preferred.

Attack/reconnaissance aircraft requirements and capability assessment products.

DOTMLPF-P gap/capability analysis products and adjustment recommendations.

White papers, concept papers, requirements documents, and system demonstration/test support products.
