Aviation Senior Analyst - Utility Aircraft Requirements Management Support

Candidates must have an active Secret clearance and verify, before applying, that you meet the minimum requirements of the position.

Target salary range: $118k - $123k
. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

Position Summary:

Conducts requirements analysis, capability assessments, and DOTMLPF-P analysis for Army Aviation utility aircraft and supports development, validation, and verification of manned utility rotary aircraft requirements.

Primary Duties
  • Conduct requirements analysis and capability assessments documenting utility aircraft requirements through applicable Service and Joint requirements methodologies and supporting documentation.
  • Perform life-cycle DOTMLPF-P mission, gap, and capability analysis through CBA, C-BA, and AoA studies.
  • Provide systems engineering expertise during development, validation, and verification of manned Utility rotary aircraft.
  • Analyze and recommend DOTMLPF-P adjustments for Utility Aircraft.
  • Provide detailed analysis on tactical operational employment of Army Aviation utility aircraft.
Minimum /

Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior or Master rated Aviator.
  • At least fifteen years of flight/combat experience.
  • Knowledge of the Army's light utility fleet and its limitations.
  • Experience developing graduate-level requirements products, white papers, concept papers, or related decision-support documents.
  • Experience with Army Aviation utility aircraft employment, operational gaps, capability documents, and requirements processes preferred.
Expected Products / Work Outputs
  • Utility aircraft requirements products and supporting documentation.
  • CBA, C-BA, AoA, DOTMLPF-P gap/capability analysis products.
  • Systems engineering, validation, verification, and DOTMLPF-P adjustment recommendations.
