Director III - Dale County Treatment

Overview

This position will be located at our Dale County Day Treatment in Ozark, Al.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

• Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Day Treatment program
• Ensures the program meets all guidelines of Spectra Care Health Systems as well as standards set by the Department of Mental Health, and Medicaid and Medicare Rehab Standards
• Manage the financial aspects of the program and supervise all day treatment staff members to include training and development
• Conduct individual and family group therapy sessions for Day Treatment consumers and provide skills and training classes for consumers.

• Master s degree in psychology or related field
• Completion of a clinical practicum
• Minimum two years post masters clinical experience required
• Must have previous supervisory experience and previous experience in budget management.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Must have a good MVR
