Aviation Senior Analyst – Concepts, Integration, Synchronization Support

Provides Army Aviation modernization integration synchronization and operations support across DOTMLPF P efforts with HQDA T2

COM Commands FCC counterparts and A FCD leadership.

• Perform system integration and synchronizationoperations support for DOTMLPF P efforts with HQDA T2
  
  COM Commands and FCC counterparts
• Assess future force synchronization charts and synchronize Army Aviation modernization efforts
• Support planning prioritization management integration and administration across the Directorate
• Coordinate and integrate Directorate responses and participate in Integrated Product Teams IPTs
• Advise ACMCEAD Directors and synchronize modernization plans across the Army Aviation Enterprise aligned with the Army Modernization Strategy

• In depth understanding of integrated scheduling processes
• Working knowledge of Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution PPBE phases
• Ability to coordinate across HQDA T2
  
  COM FCC A FCD and Army Aviation Enterprise stakeholders
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to produce senior level synchronization planning and decision support products
• TSSCI clearance required according to the submitted position description

• Synchronization charts and modernization alignment products
• Directorate response packages tasking inputs and action tracking materials
• IPT support products
• decision papers briefings read aheads and coordination artifacts
