Schedule: Monday to Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary Range: $129K to $200K (based on experience)

What You'll Do:- Provide strategic leadership for all plant operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
- Oversee safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
- Manage P&L responsibility and achieve financial targets.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing team.
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve company objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience (rubber processing experience preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Experience with operational financials and P&L management.
- Track record of driving safety and quality improvements.
- Excellence in team building and employee development.
- Ability to work in an industrial environment (heat, dust, noise).
- 10% travel requirement.
