Manufacturing Production, Machine Operator
Anvil Industrial Group, located in Ozark, Alabama is seeking a dependable and safety-focused motivated Industrial Saw Operator to join their dynamic team! The ideal candidate will operate industrial saw equipment to cut metal, pipe, tubing, or other materials according to specifications while maintaining quality and production standards.
Responsibilities- Operate band saws, cold saws, and other industrial cutting equipment
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and measuring tools
- Measure and cut materials accurately to required dimensions
- Inspect materials and finished cuts for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform routine machine maintenance and report equipment issues
- Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed
- Strong safety awareness with adherence to manufacturing facility protocols; warehouse experience is a plus
- Previous experience operating industrial saws or manufacturing equipment preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is required
