You get to be out in the field going in and out of different facilities and homes. You have time to recharge in your car between visits. And most importantly, you get to make a difference to people who need it most—those who are facing a terminal illness and their loved ones.

We are a well‑established hospice company with five offices in Missouri covering over 65 counties—including Columbia, Ozark, St. Louis, Farmington, and Dexter.

Hospice CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Ozark, MO office

Full time (preferred), Part time or PRN available

• Work closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians, and volunteers to provide high‑quality hospice care.
• Provide high‑quality personal care to patients facing a terminal illness.
• Follow the comprehensive nursing care plan as instructed by the RN.
• Make visits wherever the patient resides—including private homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
• Document all visits in the electronic medical record in a timely fashion.
• Sit with patients for caregiver relief and through the last hours of life.
• Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some after‑hours needs from time to time. Flexibility with scheduling and hours is a must.

Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement.

• Must have a current, active CNA license in the state of Missouri.
• Computer and smartphone skills for EMR charting, email, and mileage‑computation apps.
