We are a well‑established hospice company with five offices in Missouri covering over 65 counties—including Columbia, Ozark, St. Louis, Farmington, and Dexter.

- Work closely with nurses, social workers, chaplains, physicians, and volunteers to provide high‑quality hospice care.
- Provide high‑quality personal care to patients facing a terminal illness.
- Follow the comprehensive nursing care plan as instructed by the RN.
- Make visits wherever the patient resides—including private homes, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and hospitals.
- Document all visits in the electronic medical record in a timely fashion.
- Sit with patients for caregiver relief and through the last hours of life.
- Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with some after‑hours needs from time to time. Flexibility with scheduling and hours is a must.
Hourly rate plus mileage reimbursement.
Qualifications- Must have a current, active CNA license in the state of Missouri.
- Computer and smartphone skills for EMR charting, email, and mileage‑computation apps.
