Key Responsibilities:Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a medical-surgical unit
Monitor vital signs and assist with treatments and procedures
Administer medications and injections as directed by supervising RN or physician
Document patient information accurately in charts and electronic medical records
Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and overall comfort
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Support the Med-Surg team in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Active LPN license in Alabama or compact state eligibility
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Skills:
One year of recent Medical-Surgical experience
