Overview

Our Domino's Pizza Assistant Managers are the backbone of our business! Assistant Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations. You must set the example and follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time, and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining a perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Some management experience is a plus. The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and handle multiple tasks at once is required.
