Overview

Full‑time Retail Sales Associate – Walmart Wireless Sales Program in Ozark, AL.

• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments
• Engage customers on post‑paid / pre‑paid carrier plans, wireless accessories, and service plans
• Build professional relationships with customers and fellow employees
• Perform walkthroughs, assess needs, and suggest appropriate products
• Provide information and advice to help customers make selections and build confidence
• Accurately document and report sales
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable workstation/kiosk
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related goals and celebrating successes
• Demonstrate courteous customer welcome and assistance
• Follow company policies on confidentiality and integrity
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of wireless products and services
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required

• Base pay ranging from $800–$1,000 weekly with uncapped commission
