Day Shift: 6 AM – 2 PM (1st Shift), Weekend Availability Preferred, Overtime Availability (Optional)

Team Members are cross‑trained and expected to perform multiple position types during a shift.

Guest Service

Your focus will be to put a smile on every guest’s face through executing your role to the best of your ability. Welcome every guest as they walk in the door, build lasting relationships, and treat every guest like they are the first guest of the day.

Food Service

Each Team Member plays a part in delivering an excellent food service experience for our guests. Whether preparing food, selling food, or helping guests find items, we all have a responsibility for quality, safety, and efficiency.

Problem Solving

Understand teammates and guest needs, take action to find solutions, resolve issues, and communicate new ideas effectively.

Cleaner & Fresher

Provide a pristine environment for guests. Uphold brand standards by being Cleaner, Safer, and Friendlier.

Cashier

Run a cash register, stock shelves, clean restrooms, and promote marketing. Be proactive and reactive in completing multiple tasks concurrently.

Food Service Team Member / Prep Cook

Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, health, and safety standards. Follow Brand Standards, maintain recipe integrity, and manage food responsibilities including ordering and inventory.

Barista

Learn to create handcrafted beverages with Swiss machinery, brew selected beans, and maintain accurate cash drawer operations.

• Prior C‑Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
