Preferred Hospice seeks an experienced Social Worker to join the interdisciplinary team serving the Ozark, MO area. MSW preferred;
Bachelor’s in Social Work considered. You will visit patients in home or facilities, perform psychosocial assessments, and connect families with community resources.
Hours are typically Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, with on-call possibility. The role involves education on hospice services, admission paperwork, and compassionate support for patients and families.
