This is not a typical administrative role. This is our in-house tech support and systems coordinator
, the person our team relies on to keep everything connected and running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident troubleshooting computers, software, and office technology

• Learns new systems quickly and is not intimidated by technology

• Enjoys problem-solving and figuring things out independently

• Thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Stays organized while juggling multiple priorities

• Has a clean driving record

What you will do:

• Serve as the go-to resource for day-to-day tech support including computers, phones, software, and basic troubleshooting

• Coordinate and maintain office systems and workflows

• Manage company vehicles and fleet logistics

• Handle vendor services, supplies, and equipment needs

• Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
