Snyder Construction Group is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects located in and around Ozark, MO. The role involves managing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising project schedules and budgets, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The Construction Superintendent will collaborate with teams to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold the company's commitment to exceeding client expectations.

• Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and experience implementing Construction Safety best practices
• Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges on-site
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience working on commercial construction projects is highly desirable
• Knowledge of applicable construction codes and regulations
