Role DescriptionSnyder Construction Group is seeking a full-time Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects located in and around Ozark, MO. The role involves managing construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, supervising project schedules and budgets, and delivering high-quality outcomes. The Construction Superintendent will collaborate with teams to maintain a smooth workflow and uphold the company's commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications- Proven expertise in Construction Site Management and experience implementing Construction Safety best practices
- Strong Organization Skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges on-site
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience working on commercial construction projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge of applicable construction codes and regulations
