Banking Loan Operations Manager (5yrs banking exp required

Ozark Bank is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Banking Loan Operations Manager to lead and oversee loan operations, loan processing, escrow management, and post-closing functions in our community bank. You will lead a dedicated team that ensures accurate loan setup, timely payment processing, compliance with banking regulations, and excellent customer service.

Banking Loan Operations Manager Duties:

• Lead and manage loan servicing and loan operations teams.
• Oversee loan boarding, payment posting, escrow account management, and account maintenance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all loan processing activities.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures for efficiency and compliance.
• Act as the escalation point for customer inquiries and complex servicing issues.
• Collaborate with Retail Banking, Compliance, Credit, and IT to streamline workflows.
• Monitor data accuracy and assist with audits, regulatory exams, and investor reviews.
• Coach, train, and develop staff for high performance.

What We're Looking For:

Banking Loan Operations Manager Requirements:

• 5+ years in loan operations, loan servicing, or financial services
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Knowledge of loan operations, escrow administration, and compliance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in core banking systems (Jack Henry Core Director preferred)

Preferred:

• College degree in a related field
• Community banking experience

Pay: $41,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
