Ozark Bank is seeking a relationship-driven Commercial Lender to serve as a trusted financial partner to local businesses and consumers. This position is responsible for developing new business relationships, expanding existing customer relationships, and delivering commercial, residential, and consumer lending solutions that help customers achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive business developer who combines strong credit skills with a commitment to exceptional customer service and community involvement.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, prospects, and community partners.
• Generate new commercial loan, deposit, treasury management, residential loan, and consumer loan opportunities through business development activities and networking.
• Identify customer needs and recommend banking solutions that support business growth and personal financial success.
• Originate, underwrite, and manage commercial, residential, and consumer loan relationships while maintaining sound credit quality.
• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and other information to evaluate creditworthiness.
• Manage and monitor an assigned commercial loan portfolio, including ongoing relationship and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide responsive, personalized customer service.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, lending procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Three to five years of commercial lending, commercial credit, or related banking experience.
• Experience with residential and consumer lending preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of commercial lending and credit analysis principles.
• Ability to analyze financial statements, tax returns, and cash flow.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
