A part-time opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a junior high school caseload located in Ozark, MO. This contract position offers approximately two days per week, ideally suited for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in a school environment while maintaining a balanced schedule.
Key Qualifications And Experience- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) with relevant pediatric and school-based experience
- Experience working with junior high school-aged students preferred
- Credentials such as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion are highly valued
- Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and individualized education program (IEP) processes
- Deliver direct speech-language services to students identified with communication disorders
- Collaborate with school staff and families to develop and implement individualized educational plans
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district standards
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive educational environment
