We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our team. The role focuses on providing one‑on‑one ABA services and supporting clients in achieving their personal goals.

Positions are part‑time with a minimum 6‑month commitment, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.

• Provide one‑on‑one ABA services to clients using evidence‑based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill‑building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and maintain communication with families.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for making a difference for children with autism and willingness to learn.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification required before employment.

• Education or early childhood development.
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles.
• After‑school programs or camp counseling.
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services.
• ABA therapy or working with individuals with autism.
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one.
