• Provide professional nursing care during the initial phase of acute illness or trauma for patients of all ages.
• Triage and prioritize care based on physical, psychological, or social needs and factors influencing patient flow.
• Rapidly assess patient needs, stabilize patients, initiate treatment, and discharge or arrange admission as needed.

• Required:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

• Preferred:
  Previous nursing experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective leadership abilities.
• Strong time management skills.
• Strong critical thinking/problem‑solving skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a multi‑tasking environment.

• Required:
  
  Nursing license active in the state of Missouri.
