Qualifications & Skills:

- Current RN license in the relevant state or compact licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications may be required based on unit needs.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
Key Duties: Deliver direct patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate with other departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. Comply with standards and maintain necessary certifications.
