• Lead the experience:
  Handle and oversee crew schedules.

  Supervise and lead food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Manage safety, security, inventory and profitability.

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment, but it is not required. The applicant must be 18 years or older.
