Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent):
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided). Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date. We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process.
As an Account Manager, your primary focus is driving growth through new business and account development. You will work with both prospective and existing customers, conduct policy reviews, and recommend coverage solutions that meet customer needs. Success in this role is measured by production, relationship development, and overall contribution to agency growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews to identify coverage gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies.
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
- Handle customer needs and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals.
- Ensure compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior insurance, sales, or account management experience preferred.
