This position is contingent upon obtaining required insurance licenses.
Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to your Day 1 start (full support provided).
Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.
We provide guidance, resources, and support to help you successfully complete the licensing process.
Role OverviewAs a Multiline Representative, you will work with both prospective and existing customers to identify needs, recommend solutions, and drive new business. This role combines relationship‑building with a strong focus on sales production and account growth.
Success in this role is measured by activity, customer engagement, and overall contribution to agency growth.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
- Build relationships with new and existing customers to support retention and growth
- Follow up on leads and customer interactions to convert opportunities into sales
- Assist with policy changes, updates, and general service needs while maintaining a sales focus
- Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to generate new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals
- Sales‑driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Prior insurance, sales, or customer‑facing experience preferred
- Ability to meet licensing requirements outlined above
