• Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts.
• Recommend coverage solutions based on each customer's individual needs.
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and customers.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and strengthen client relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
