No experience, no problem. Show up with a good attitude and be hungry to learn; we have a great training program that will get you up to speed in no time.
What You’ll Do- Install commercial and residential roofing systems (tear off and install)
- Follow job specs, safety standards, and manufacturer and in-house guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete high-quality installs
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional
- Communicate with production leadership about progress or issues
- Represent Midwest Roofing well on every job site
- Roofing installation experience preferred, crew experience a big plus, but not required (pay based off experience)
- Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

- Pay based on experience, with potential to earn$30/hr+(plus overtime)
