# Home Accessibility Contractor Multiple Markets Contract
1099 Contract Flexible Schedule Flexible##
Position Overview Install stair lifts, ramps, walk-in showers, and other accessibility upgrades. Work directly with families to restore independence and safety.##
Key Responsibilities
* Perform home safety evaluations and document accessibility needs
* Install stair lifts, ramps, grab bars, walk-in showers, and non-slip surfaces
* Modify doorways, thresholds, and entryways for wheelchair access
* Complete minor carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical tasks
* Deliver projects that meet ADA guidelines and client expectations
* Maintain a clean, professional worksite and clear client communication## Requirements
* 2+ years of construction, remodeling, or skilled trades experience
* Basic carpentry, drywall, and light plumbing/electrical skills
* Comfortable working inside private homes with elderly clients
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
* Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
* Compassionate, professional, and service-driven mindset##
