What You'll Do

As a Service Plumber, you ll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install plumbing systems for residential customers while also supporting light commercial service work as needed.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues

  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and other plumbing components

  • Perform leak detection, pipe repairs, drain repairs, and plumbing system upgrades

  • Troubleshoot plumbing systems and recommend long-term solutions

  • Prepare estimates and explain repair options to customers

  • Complete service documentation accurately using company technology

  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, office staff, and customers throughout the day

  • Follow all plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company quality standards

  • Mentor apprentices or less experienced technicians as opportunities arise

What We're Looking For

We re looking for dependable plumbing professionals who enjoy solving problems, providing outstanding customer service, and continuously improving their technical skills.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • At least 2 years of plumbing, service, maintenance, or related field experience

  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing residential plumbing systems

  • Residential plumbing experience required; light commercial experience is a plus

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic abilities

  • Ability to explain repair recommendations clearly and professionally to customers

  • Experience reading plumbing diagrams and system layouts is beneficial

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple service calls

  • Valid driver s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Willingness to participate in overtime and on-call rotations as needed

A plumbing license is preferred but not required for qualified candidates with strong field experience.
