Our client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior management.
This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business and requires someone who can manage priorities, anticipate needs, handle sensitive information with discretion, and operate confidently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support- Provide full administrative support to senior executives, including diary management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Prepare agendas, take accurate meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives
- Draft, format, and proofread professional documents, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Support daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Act as a key point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Assist with onboarding documentation and general HR-related administration where required
- Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems
- Track deadlines, priorities, and key deliverables
- Assist in improving administrative processes and systems where possible
- Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by management
Requirements
- Matric (tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Management, or a related field will be advantageous)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Senior Administrative role
- Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Afrikaans
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate executive needs
- Own reliable transport
