Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator in Paarl to support daily operations, assist internal teams, manage documentation, and ensure smooth office processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Maintain filing systems and update company records
- Assist with preparing invoices, quotations, and basic financial documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
- Support HR with onboarding documentation and staff records
- Provide general administrative support to management and team members
- Matric (essential)
- At least 2–3 years administrative experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency mandatory)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must reside in or be able to travel easily to Paarl
